E-BULLETIN ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL MESSAGE RULES AND INFORMATION TEXT

As Kaptan Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi ( “ Master Stil ”), we have prepared this E-Bulletin Electronic Commercial Message Rules and Information Text in order to inform you about sending you commercial electronic messages and the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data within the scope of the relevant legislation, including the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 ( “ ETK ” ) and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law” or “KVKK”).

In this context, your e-mail address and contact information that you have shared by becoming a member of our website www.masterstil.com and/or making purchases without being a member will be processed, with your permission, for use in marketing communications; for the purposes of conducting communications within the scope of marketing activities, planning and executing marketing processes, conducting marketing analysis and personalized marketing activities; and sending commercial electronic messages such as services, promotions, announcements, events, advertisements, promotions, etc. through the channels to which you have given your consent, based on the condition of consent for commercial electronic messages pursuant to Article 6 of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the legal basis of explicit consent pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent to the sending of electronic commercial messages, it will be deemed that you have withdrawn your explicit consent.

Master Stil will use your personal data directly or through data processors and share it with authorized public institutions and organizations and Master Stil's suppliers to achieve the specified purposes. Your personal data will be processed by Master Stil's service providers, whose servers are located abroad, for storage and archiving purposes, limited to these purposes and based on your explicit consent, and will be transferred abroad via servers located abroad.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed in the eleventh article of the KVKK through the channels specified in the Information Text in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.
