1. SCOPE

This Transaction Guide has been prepared in accordance with the "Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce" published on 26.08.2015.

2. DEFINITIONS

Buyer: Person who purchases goods or services using the Website

Ministry: Ministry of Customs and Trade

Call Center: The center where Website Users can reach the Seller via phone and communicate verbally and where possible solutions to problems are shown.

User: Person who visits or uses the Website operated by the Seller in any way.

Mobile Application: An application version of the website specifically designed for portable devices.

3. TECHNICAL STEPS TO BE APPLIED DURING SHOPPING

The steps and processes you will encounter while shopping on our website are shown below with their images.

Creating an Order

3.1 Browse through the product/product pages you want on masterstil.com, or add the products you like to your favorite list from the listing page.

3.2 Select the color, size and quantity for the product(s) you like and add them to your cart.

3.3 You can log in to your account or continue as a guest at the cart step.

3.4 If there is a Discount Voucher/Coupon Code on the Cart page, you can use it from the relevant fields.

3.5 Select your desired delivery method and fill in your information.

3.6 After selecting the payment method, you can complete the order by approving the Distance Selling contract and Preliminary Information Conditions.

4. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SHOPPING

The preliminary information form and the distance sales contract accepted and approved by the Buyer are stored electronically in the My Account section of the Website for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of the transaction in accordance with the relevant legislation and are kept easily accessible by the Buyer at any time.

In order for the Buyer to correct possible data entry errors before the ordering process is finalized, the order summary is displayed electronically on the Website and the necessary technical facilities for correction are provided.

In case of a possible dispute between the Seller and the Buyer, it is recommended that the problem be resolved quickly and effectively by first contacting the Seller via the Call Center.

Negotiations between the Buyer and the Seller via the Call Center to find solutions to potential problems do not prevent the Buyer from taking any legal action within the scope of the legislation it is subject to.

5. PRIVACY RULES

To better serve Users, the Seller requests certain personal information (name, age, email address, etc.). This data collected through the Website and Mobile Application is used within the Website to run campaigns or conduct special promotional activities for the User's account. In addition to personal information, statistical data related to transactions made through the Website may be analyzed and stored.

The seller does not use the information provided to it through membership forms or during the sale of goods or services for any purposes other than its business and does not sell it to third parties outside of its business.

The Website utilizes Google Analytics' Remarketing, Demographics, and Interest Reporting features. You can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads by using ad settings. Demographic information provided by Google Analytics is used to customize the Website and, if applicable, the ads displayed on the Website based on Users' interests. This information may be shared with ad publishers, along with information about other Users, when used for target audience studies. This information does not contain any personal information (name, surname, Turkish ID Number, gender, age, etc.) and is used to conduct studies on User trends as a group and to compile a target audience.
